Is there a way to choose when I can have my period?
Birth control is the most common way to control the timing of your period. You can skip the placebo pills at the end of your pack and this could change your bleeding schedule. However, you may still see some spotting.
If you are using a birth control method like the pill, you may be able to manipulate when you have a withdrawal bleed (which many people consider to be a period). If you skip the placebo pills at the end of your pack, it may cause you not to have bleeding. You can, however, still end up having spotting.
