We’ve created the August Advocates Program so that schools may purchase August period care at a wholesale price. Within this program, students work directly with their administration to stock restrooms with our sustainable products.
If you are interested in being an August Advocate, follow the steps and we’ll take it from there!
- If you are not subscribed to our text list yet, text 'August' to 243-41.
- Once you are subscribed, text 'AAP' and follow the instructions :)

Who will speak to my school about stocking our bathrooms?

If my school is in Europe or Canada, can we order August products?
- Currently, the August Advocates Program is only available for U.S. locations. However, check out Amazon for individual orders to international locations.
[IMPORTANT] I’ve already filled out the form from the old process, does it still count?
- If you filled out our form in the past, we’re sorry, but you will need to go through this new process. The good thing is that you’ve likely already found a teacher or administrator to help you make this happen so the text messages should be easy!
Are the products free for my school?
- It is not free to stock – Your school will not need to pay for the products
It’s not always easy when your period starts at school.
Recent research shows ~70% of students feel their school environment makes them feel self-conscious about their period.
And 1 in 5 students have had to miss school due to lack of access to menstrual products and menstrual hygiene management.
We don’t believe school environments need to perpetuate this shame.
Providing access to period products can help drive this change.
We think schools can be a safe place to have a period, and even to celebrate it!
